Students in the Easton Community
Students volunteered for projects benefiting Easton Area Community Center, Easton Area Neighborhood Center, Easton Nursing Center, Family YMCA of Easton and Phillipsburg, Firth Youth Center, West Ward Neighborhood Partnership, and ProJeCt of Easton. These were organized by the College’s Landis Community Outreach Center.
Projects included indoor and outdoor clean-ups, leading youth groups, painting, gardening, and other activities to help local nonprofits.
In addition to the projects in Easton, eight regional Lafayette alumni chapters coordinated volunteer activities in San Francisco; Washington, D.C.; Watertown, Mass.; Philadelphia; New Jersey; and the Lehigh Valley.
