The library has formed a digital scholarship services (DSS) department. Initial members reallocated from other parts of the library are Eric Luhrs, department head and digital initiatives librarian, and Paul Miller, digital production manager. A search is underway for a digital library developer. Kelly Smith, the new visual resources manager, holds a joint appointment between DSS and the art department.
