Five Over Five Exhibit Will Run in the Grossman Gallery through July 26

Exhibition includes award-winning artwork from the Lehigh Art Alliance

Five Over Five, an exhibition of works by the top five award-winning artists from the past five years of fall and spring exhibitions by the Lehigh Art Alliance (LAA), will run at the Richard A. and Rissa W. Grossman Gallery through July 26.

Gallery hours will be Tuesday – Saturday, 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. The gallery is located in the Williams Visual Arts Building at 243 North Third St. For more information, call x5831 or send and e-mail to artgallery@lafayette.edu.

Milan Kralik, president of the LAA, and Danny Moyer, member of LAA, were instrumental in organizing the exhibition.

Artists in the exhibition are: Izzie Barth, Nancy Bossert, Janet M. Dean, Eileen Denitz, Kass Morin Freeman, Judith Fritchman, Nessa Grainger, Jane Harris, Jane Heitz, Maria Kazakia, Milan J. Kralik, Jr., Linda La Due, Ben Fortunado Marcune, John Mathews, Bernie McManus, Milan P. Melacharik, Danny Moyer, Carol Ross Noyes, Jill Oelerich, Jill Peckelun, Carol Pickle, Richard Redd, Kim Robertson, Priscilla Taylor Rosenberger, Al Sarkas, Peter Schnore, Angie Snyder-Lande, Atsuko Tajima, and Bernie Tyler.

LAA was founded in 1935 by Professor Garth Rowland of Lehigh University, and serves as an exhibition venue for amateur and professional artists in the Lehigh Valley. Various Lehigh Valley institutions contribute the use of their exhibition space to the LAA, including the Allentown Art Museum, The Banana Factory, Cedar Crest College, Lehigh University, Muhlenberg College, the State Theatre in Easton, and Lafayette.
