Leopards baseball fans have the opportunity to bid on packages of tickets, batting practice field passes, and pre-game meetings with Tampa Bay Rays manager Joe Maddon ’76 at select Major League Baseball games this season.

Maddon has donated four tickets for each of the games included in the Friends of Lafayette Baseball fundraiser, which will supplement the baseball program’s operational budget and support large-scale projects.

All proceeds will benefit the Lafayette baseball program. Any amount bid that is over the value of the tickets can be considered a tax deductible donation according to IRS regulations.

In the event of a rainout, winning bidders may choose to attend the makeup date or be refunded their bid. If batting practice is cancelled, the meet and greet will be held in the Rays dugout.
