Former Lafayette College linebacker and special teams standout Blake Costanzo ’06 rejoined the San Francisco 49ers Tuesday, signing 2 ½ years after leaving the organization to play for the Chicago Bears. He signed a one-year contract for the veteran minimum of $855,000 for players with seven to nine years of experience.
