How Do I Prepare For The Law School Admission Test (LSAT)?

Depending on when they expect to take the LSAT, students may take various approaches to prepare for the LSAT. Students might decide to study for the LSAT independently or select from among a variety of test preparation choices including commercial preparation courses such as Kaplan, Princeton Review, TestMasters or a series of LSAT workshops offered by Lafayette through Spiegelberg Educational Consulting Associates.

The Lafayette sessions run during the academic year and summer. Students learn test-taking skills and the relevant logical, rhetorical, and mathematical problem-solving techniques. Topics also include test management strategies and advice on how to reduce test anxiety. Workshop tuition is $475 during the academic year. To register, contact Ms. June Thompson, at extension 5521, or thompsoj@lafayette.edu.
