The National Conferences on Undergraduate Research (NCUR) provides support to faculty and students who are engaged in undergraduate research. The annual NCUR conference showcases the research done by undergraduates in all fields of study. Students can give oral presentations, participate in poster sessions, present original artwork, or give a performance in dance, music and theater. The conference, held in various locations throughout the country, is typically two and a half days, with an opportunity to explore the local area and hear plenary lectures by famous authors, scientists and performing artists.
The NCUR 2010 annual conference (http://www.umt.edu/ncur2010/) will be held at the University of Montana from Thursday, April 15 to Saturday, April 17. For a select number of students, Lafayette College will support and arrange for participation in the NCUR 2010 annual conference.
