Congratulations on your acceptance to Lafayette!Don’t miss “Experience Lafayette College Day 2008”9 a.m.-4 p.m. - Sunday, April 13 Is Lafayette the right college for you? Have you already decided to enroll? Either way, this is a great opportunity to become more familiar with the Lafayette environment. We hope you and your parents will join us for this most popular event. You’ll have the chance to tour the campus, visit several residence halls, learn about academic opportunities from our provost, and attend a student-led panel discussion about undergraduate life. Other programs include a presentation on “Gateway,” an innovative career planning program, a general session on “Financing Your Education,” a deans’ panel on student life considerations, and a panel of Lafayette parents. Professors will conduct sample classes or departmental open houses to help you learn more about the challenging curriculum of humanities, social sciences, natural sciences, and engineering at Lafayette. Talk with students from a wide variety of student organizations during lunch. They’ll tell you about the incredibly diverse opportunities you have for extracurricular activities. Registration information was included in your acceptance packet. Dress comfortably and plan to get to know Lafayette better. Experience Lafayette 2008 Preliminary Schedule of EventsThis is the anticipated schedule for Experience Lafayette College Day. Please look over the options on the schedule and give some preliminary thought to which sessions you would like to attend. This will allow you to maximize your day on campus.The Financial Aid Office will offer individual appointments starting at 9 a.m. You must sign up for an appointment by calling (610) 330-5055 in advance.
