Common Application - Lafayette uses only the Common Application. Follow the link to CommonApp.org to submit an application online or print a copy to fill out and send by mail. Submit application, supplement, and nonrefundable $60 application fee by Jan. 1, 2010.

Both the Common Application and Lafayette's Supplement to the Common Application can be completed on-line. If you choose to submit the application and/or supplement by mail, please send the completed forms to the address below. To request a printed copy of any of these materials please call, or write to the Admissions Office at the same address.
