Experiential Learning

From its beginning in 1826, Lafayette has put primary emphasis on education as a preparation for life. This philosophical principle continues to find expression in hands-on learning experiences through such courses as the innovative Technology Clinic, in which interdisciplinary teams of students attack real-world problems posed by participating industries. Enrollment in Tech Clinic, usually offered in several sections each year, is very competitive. Students rate Tech Clinic among their most interesting and valuable experiences at the College.
