Bald Cypress Taxodium distichum Lofty, deciduous conifer, reaches 50 to 70 feet, used as accent of texture and form, bright yellow-green foliage in spring darkens to soft sage green, then soft brown in fall. Origin: Delaware to Florida, west to southern Illinois, Missouri, Arkansas and Louisiana.
