Sustainability Committee

The core mission of Lafayette College is the education of its students. For the college to pursue its mission of education requires meeting the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their needs. That is to say it requires sustainability in order to educate generation after generation of students. The Lafayette College Sustainability Committee seeks to enhance the core mission while expanding it not only to the campus community, but beyond into the surrounding community. We wish to help all that we come in contact with (including ourselves) to become more educated regarding the true choices that we all have available to enable us to become better stewards of our planet.

Meet the Committee
The committee is currently composed of five faculty, five students (LEAP), and two administration members.
