LCATS, the student campus shuttle bus service, departs daily from the Williams Arts Center at the corner of Hamilton and High Streets. Underwritten by college funds with busses operated by Palmeri Transportation, this service provides a safe and reliable system connecting the main campus with the Metzgar Intercollegiate Athletic Fields, Intramural Athletic Fields, downtown Easton, and shopping areas such as the Forks Town Center including Giant and Salvatores (the remote vehicle parking location), the Palmer Park Mall, Northampton Crossings and Lehigh Valley Mall.
The LCATS schedule can be found online at www.lafayette.edu/community/lcats.html. Please check the schedule for updates and changes. Easton Bus Terminal Transportation Transportation to the Easton Bus Terminal is available through the LCATS shuttle during regular shuttle hours. Students should check the LCATS schedule to determine the shuttle departure from Williams Art Center that is closest to their departure. The bus times are listed under the heading of Transbridge giving the arrival or departure information for the Easton terminal. The full Transbridge bus schedule is available on-line at http://www.transbridgebus.com/. Students who miss the shuttle and contact Public Safety for a ride to or from the bus terminal will be assessed a $15 HackneyCats fee. Lehigh Valley Airport Transportation The Airport Shuttle provides transportation to and from the Lehigh Valley Airport at the beginning and end of each semester as well as breaks and holidays. The calendar of dates for this service is listed below. Please be aware that this service is available by ADVANCED RESERVATION ONLY. Email your request to Ellen Leslie (lesliee@lafayette.edu) in the Treasurer’s Office at least 4 days before your flight departure or arrival. The following items must be provided: Student’s Name, Airline Name, Flight Number, Departure Time, Student’s Cell Phone, Home Phone and/or Dorm Phone Number. If you have any questions, please call Ellen Leslie at 610-330-5133 during normal business hours. The on-campus pick-up location for this service is the Williams Art Center. At the airport the pick-up location is just outside the doors of the baggage claim area.
