Family Weekend Cookbooks

The Lafayette Parents Association and the Family Weekend 2005 Committee sponsored Lafayette’s fourth Family Weekend Cookbook and recipe contest. Parents were invited to enter their family’s favorite soup or salad recipe. The chefs of Lafayette’s Dining Services selected the seven winners.

The cookbook contains 118 recipes from parents, faculty, administrators, and staff. Many will be featured throughout the year in the dining halls and at special events.
