Office Supplies

How to Order

Lafayette College has a contract for office supplies with Office Depot. They have an on-line ordering system with our discounted prices. Office Depot will deliver in 24 hours (next day) if the order is received by 4:00 pm. You will be notified immediately by email or see it on the on-line ordering system if an item is out of stock. There is an “800” customer service number for additional help.

NOTE: Furniture (file cabinets, desk chairs, etc) and equipment (lap tops, printers, fax machines, etc.) are restricted from direct ordering through Office Depot. You must contact the Purchasing Department at X5017.

By using the Office Depot on-line ordering system you will receive an order confirmation as well as the College’s discounted price. They will email you the total cost charged which will be reflected in your budget. When the Purchasing Department receives the Office Depot statement, charges will be paid against the budget account number used to establish your on-line account.

To establish a new sign-on and password, change a “ship to” address, or add an account number to the system, please contact Patty Curto in the Purchasing Department at X 5017.

If someone from the department needs to order when a secretary or person with the sign-on for Office Depot is not available, please write out your order with account to charge and approval and fax it to the Purchasing Department so we can order it on-line for you.
