EASTON, Pa.(www.lafayette.edu), February 8, 2008 — Lafayette began its celebration of Black History Month with music and food during a kick-off event this week. This year’s celebration, “The Modern Black Experience: Examining the Past to Define our Place in the Future,” will include a mix of academic, social, and cultural events running until March 5.
