EASTON, Pa.(www.lafayette.edu), February 28, 2008 — Artist Janet Taylor Pickett discussed her work during a reception for her exhibit running through March 5 in the Portlock Black Cultural Center. The exhibit, “Mappings of Memory,” chronicles the physical and spiritual journey of African Americans. Both the exhibition and reception are part of the College’s celebration of Black History Month.
