The Williams Center features nationally and internationally known artists throughout the year. The student-run Lafayette Activities Forum (LAF) brings comedians and movies to campus every week and sponsors
other social activities. The academic departments and many of the student clubs sponsor field trips and bring guest speakers to campus.
Lafayette Activities Forum (LAF) is an award-winning student-run organization that sponsors 20+ programs per month, and over 200 programs annually. LAF consists of seven committees (described below), each cochaired by executive committee members. Each committee meets on a bi-monthly basis to plan events specific to its focus area, and the LAF executive board meets on a weekly basis to coordinate the comprehensive programming calendar. A new executive board is selected every spring, however, students may join committees anytime during the year.
