Community-Based Learning and Research
CBLR links community engagement with academic study. Through courses, faculty research, and projects helping local organizations, students develop skills as engaged and well-informed citizens and use those skills to solve community problems.
The Landis Center fosters college-community partnerships that contribute to the well-being of our local and global communities. Students can participate in one-time service projects, co-curricular service-learning programs that run on a weekly basis, immersion experiences, and leadership opportunities.
