Lafayette College held a pageant May 17, 18, and 20, 1932, to honor the centennial of the opening of the College in 1832. The celebration began with convocation ceremonies in Colton Memorial Chapel, preceded by an academic procession of trustees, faculty, delegates to the conference, and visiting faculty from other colleges in front of South College. The celebration continued throughout the day and into the evening.
