Sisterhood Across Centuries

The Marquis de Lafayette always fought for what he believed in, and his wife Adrienne de Noailles was an activist in her own right. While her husband became involved in French politics, Adrienne was working hard to further the cause of abolition and human rights. Open to the Lafayette community, the 2026 Conference of the Council of Lafayette Women will  feature insights into the life of Adrienne, along with alumni, faculty, and staff speakers on a variety of topics focusing on women’s achievements throughout modern history.
